It's a very competitive and especially speculative market. For this reason, PHI's Big Data Center presents itself to the market as an innovative and safe tool when it comes to buying and selling valuable assets. To this end, we have created the business area, a personalized structure, exclusive to the user, linked to a communication environment with PHI (and only PHI) for the digital targeting of product offers and purchase demands that are centered on the proven effectiveness of the assets. Whether selling, brokering or buying, we work with an encrypted system that uses AI (Artificial Intelligence) to locate buyers and suppliers who are compatible with the proposals by cross-referencing data. Everything takes place in total secrecy and in strict compliance with international data protection laws. In the same way that PHI operates as a technological facilitator that speeds up new business, its Big Data Center structure is a relevant tool for operations already consolidated in the commodities, industrial and commercial markets, in order to reduce costs, improve processes and provide significant savings by reducing the structures of industrial acquisitions/sales and also, in some cases, shortening the intermediation links.

Important:

The details of LOI issuers - purchase intentions or SCO - corporate offers will not be disclosed by PHI. Only the terms of the deal will be presented. If the proposals are compatible, documents will be drawn up to prove that the parties are capable of carrying out the transaction. To this end, we have created a tool called "Negotiator" within the Business Area. In this segment, the step-by-step documentation, adjustments, compliance, etc. will be managed by PHI until the contract is signed.
Everything happens through automation in a confidential, fast and secure way.

 

General notes

This segment is for the exclusive use of the registered client. PHI has no control over this area or its data. It is fully protected and is the communication link with PHI's systems for prospecting sales and purchase deals and managing closing operations.

PHI's clients can be suppliers (sellers), buyers or business partners (agents and intermediaries linked to the two parties).

When registering, a registration code is issued indicating that the area belongs to the registrant. Here you can post your purchase and sale requests so that PHI can publicize them or find compatible buyers or sellers in its database.
