GACC registration
Foreign food exporters required to submit application registration to GACC as of January 1, 2022.
According to GACC Decree 249, all overseas food exporters are required to submit their company information online to the Bureau of Import and Export Food Safety of the GACC, General Administration of Customs of China to apply for a registration number.
This requirement comes into effect from January 1, 2022 and annual renewal at the GACC is required to ensure the long-term validity of the registration number.
