Understanding PHI
PHI Big Data System
How business is conducted at PHI, technology, maximum security, data protection, global dissemination of offers, compliance and profitability.
Understand PHI
We are innovation in the buying and selling of commodities. As a maximum security platform, we offer our clients an independent and exclusive business area.
This is the Business area. PHI does not manage this area in any way. It is yours and is used for you to work on approaching businesses, new clients and publicizing your buying and selling offers in order to find reliable business partners on the global market.
All the steps of a secure operation are described below. Definitely, with the regulatory support of the ICC - International Chamber of Commerce and Dun Brad&Street's compliance, both commodity suppliers and buyers can now have a modern and appropriate environment in which to carry out their business.
Managing the purchase and sale of commodities
Suppliers and buyers register with PHI with absolute confidentiality and data protection
When they register, they acquire full access rights to exclusively manage their business area.
Suppliers and buyers are free to post their offers to buy or sell on PHI.
PHI receives the demand with information on the product to be sold or bought
IMPORTANT: PHI does not provide data on sellers or buyers at any stage of the process up to signing. At this stage, all the information provided has already been validated and the contract is signed with the legal consent and regulation of the ICC.
Advantages of using your Business Area to do business.
1) PHI searches its database for convergent clients.
PHI's system detects compatibility of over 70% between the SCO and LOI registered in the offers
Supplier and buyer are notified via system or app
Within each party's business area, the SCO and LOI are directed to the negotiation area
Alignment of general business conditions
Alignment of documentation
Without divulging the buyer's or seller's details, PHI requests them both in confidence:
Supplier: Complete FCO
Buyer: Provides the complete ICPO
PHI carries out the parties' compliance with Dun & Bradstreet
Alignment of guarantees
SPA issued by the supplier is forwarded to the buyer and to the ICC - International Chamber of Commerce
SPA is signed by the parties
Issuance of contract and signatures
Note: In the business area, both supplier and buyer can follow the document process via the timeline.
2) There is no convergence in offers. PHI invests in attracting clients on the global market.
PHI's system does not detect compatibility between SCOs and registered LOIs in its database. For a match to occur, 70% convergence is required between the supply and payment conditions
VNo match: Offers for sale and purchase are automatically forwarded for global publication, free of charge, in the offers area of the PHI Portal.
PHI may receive a notification of interest in a particular product (show more information about the cards) when the offers are published.
VBefore proceeding with a potential buyer or seller, PHI requests information on the conditions of supply or purchase
