How PHI pays itself
PHI, as a secure technological management tool at the service of the commodities market, especially buyers and sellers, provides the sector with a considerable reduction in expenses involving commissions and bureaucracy in the conventional transaction model.
There are usually a large number of buying and selling intermediaries in a trade. This factor sometimes involves high financial disbursements, loss of time, slow documentation, etc., in addition to all the events that a large number of agents represent in transactions until closing.
It is in this context that PHI presents evolution to the market through the automated management of commercial processes and offers its clients security, regulated services, compliance, global dissemination of offers and a structure in constant development.
The counterpart, in cases where we are directly connected with the parties, that is, supplier and buyer, is a remuneration of up to 0.5% of the value (gross/net) depending on the case and the volume of the business. However, PHI is a platform open to the market and participates in negotiations that sometimes have a different condition and that leads us to consider another format of participation, in common agreement with the agents involved in the business.
