In the business area of the PHI portal, our registered customers, buyers, sellers and intermediaries post their purchase and sale demands. When we receive a business proposal, PHI Big Data cross-references the data in search of compatibility (specifications, target, payment method, receipt, etc.) in our system for analysis and diligence. We then request, via the system, the pertinent documentation for the due forwarding and confirmation of the parties for the presentation of the business conformities. With all the attributes fulfilled by both the selling and buying parties assured of their requirements, the operation advances towards contractual closing. After confirmation of the origin, authenticity, and characteristics of the demand that was delivered, the system, through the resource called "negotiator" advances in the collection of final information (supporting documentation of assets) and necessary adjustments for the preparation of the draft and the contracting sequence. Inside PHI everything happens in a secretive way, without any kind of identification until the signature phase, when the parties are presented through a video call from the system.
The role of PHI's Big Data is to provide maximum agility, practicality and authenticity, providing greater savings (in time and money) for buyers and sellers who will soon realize that our technological security structure can integrate businesses as a low-cost auxiliary tool with a view to directly streamlining all major commercial processes.
